• EARN task assignments: When a Provider accepts a task, limited case or property information necessary to perform the task is shared. Providers are bound by confidentiality obligations under our Terms of Use.

• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
